Welcome to Plas Country Pursuits.
We are a small local company with a passion for country living, and way of life. The partners, Gill Green and Geoff Horton, have a vast amount of experience in the equestrian field having shown successfully at local and national level, both in hand and within carriage driving fields, as well as endurance riding in Gill’s earlier years. Our back grounds are diverse, Geoff having a motor trade, customer service and sales history and Gill being a former sail maker, who has been a working saddler and harness maker for the last twenty years. In recent years we have started showing lurchers and terriers at hunt shows and KC Level, qualifying for Crufts 2015 with our border terrier dog.
Our aim is to grow the company so that it will become known locally and nationally, as producers of top quality products that are functional, serviceable, yet stylish and pleasing to the eye, using leather, other natural materials, or modern synthetic materials.
As well as continuing in the equestrian side, we are now diversifying into canine and field sport activities, to encompass our growing passion within these areas.
We are also able to offer a bespoke service, for made to measure items, or a one off to meet a specific need. All standard pattern goods have been tried and tested over many years to ensure that they are fit for purpose.
We are always looking to learn and improve as we go and welcome customer feedback so, if you are pleased with the product, tell your friends. If not tell us, as constructive criticism will be taken on board and things can be changed / improved upon with a positive outcome for all.
